Privates, duet, trios or group lessons, whatever your need, Pilates will make you stronger, more agile, graceful, flexible… and happier.

  • Lessons in the studio or over Zoom are 55 minutes in length and may be private or split by up to three people in the studio, more over Zoom

    • Single Private: £65

    • Private 5- Pack (5% off)*: £308

    • Taster Private £35

    • Starter Private 5-Pack* (10% off your first five lessons): £293

    • At Home Private £130 single, £120 when you book 4 or more; add consecutive lessons to the booking for £65 each additional lesson

Jenny is a fantastic Pilates teacher. She has introduced my husband and I to Pilates giving us the context around the exercises and helping us to understand our bodies better.
