Level 4 in 40 Minutes

The test now is to see if you can keep ahold of your Pilates Principles, scooping, etc, and perform the Level 4 series in 40 minutes. This is when we start to get the heart pumping and Pilates can become more cardiovascular. But don't lose control. Don't lose your Scoop!

Once you think you can do this effectively, you are ready to weave in the Level 5 advanced exercises. Be prepared for more heat in the body and shaking muscles may come into play for sure.

Note: Some days you will be level 4/5 and other days you will need to listen to your body and accept you need to turn down your practice to a level 2/3. It's perfectly natural and means you are listening to your body, protecting yourself from over-work and potential injury. This is an important skill too.
