Hello there and welcome to the WellyWalk Podcast. I’m Jennifer Palmer and this podcast emerged from my midlife crisis, kicking and screaming but determined— I’ve spent the last few years sifting through mountains of self-help, all the advise being thrown at us from every which way; I’ve become fascinated by the neuroscience of change and how we can harness our own powers of attention and will to build ourselves up from the ground bigger and better, and gentler.

I have been on the hunt for those super quest ideals: Purpose,Fulfilment and Happiness. And what I discovered has changed my life, and my relationship with my past and my future self.

If you are feeling trapped in your life— fed up, perplexed, something is going to snap— or maybe you have been on the warpath with self-help for a while, come and join me.
