This beginner course will give practitioners an introduction to the guiding principles and fundamental skills at the heart of the Pilates method and familiarise them with the first level of the classical mat series.
All abilities are welcome. The class will be limited in size to ten students to allow for individual attention. Modifications will be given to help each student work with their body for best results. Level 1 is challenging for every level of fitness, given the right attention to form.
£60 for the course of 5 consecutive classes (£12/class)
Please bring a thick Pilates mat or a yoga mat with a large towel to help cushion the spine. Dress ready to move. Barefeet or socks.
Please arrive at least five minutes before the start of class.
