A group mat class for up to 10 people hosted in the Redford Village Hall, Linch (near Liphook). Please make sure to bring a pilates or yoga mat (you might want two if it’s thin) and a hand towel. Dress to move- nothing to loose- with bare feet or socks.

Please make sure to book in inadvance on the website, as there is limited space.

And please make sure to fill in the triage/waiver if your first class.
