Now we have done some Pre-Pilates we will start to learn the classical mat series, starting with the first five exercises, given to beginners. Once you can practice them being mindful of all the Pilates principles in five minutes you are ready to add on the next five exercises as which point you will be on your way to mastering what I learned as "Level 1."
