With each of these exercises you focus your mind on all the component parts of your Pilates practice; moving with concentration, control, precision, breath, centre, & flow. And are you Scooping? Can you coordinate everything and find opposition? These are all skills we will be learning and applying as we advance in our practice. And starting with Pre-Pilates at the beginning of every practice sets your intention-- you are off on the right foot.
