With each of these exercises you focus your mind on all the component parts of your Pilates practice
Now we have done some Pre-Pilates we will start to learn the classical mat series, starting with the first five exercises
n this video we will add five more exercises on to the first five to create, you got it, the First Ten!
You've got Level 1 under your belt, now lets start to weave in the next ten exercises
You've got swan and can-can under your belt now we are going to really get moving
Level 3 in 30 minutes is a great working level for the rest of your life— enjoy!
The test now is to see if you can keep ahold of your Pilates Principles, scooping, etc, and perform the Level 4 series in 40 minutes
